Other state and local agencies are authorized to post information to the NY-ALERT website and utilize communication gateways within the website to disseminate information. SEMO neither warranties, guarantees nor makes representations of any type as to the content, accuracy or completeness of the information contained in its website, disseminated through the website, or any related links. SEMO assumes no responsibility for any error, omissions or other discrepancies between the electronic and printed versions of documents.

The User understands when subscribing to the service that SEMO cannot guarantee 100 percent delivery of the message in a timely manner. These issues may be due to weather, power, acts or war, etc. SEMO will make every effort to ensure message delivery but due to above unforeseen circumstances, cannot guarantee 100 percent delivery in a timely manner.
