NY-ALERT web site for informational purposes only and makes every
effort to post accurate and reliable information. Other state and local
agencies are authorized to post information to the NY-ALERT website and
utilize communication gateways within the website to disseminate
information. SEMO neither warranties, guarantees nor makes
representations of any type as to the content, accuracy or completeness
of the information contained in its website, disseminated through the
website, or any related links. SEMO assumes no responsibility for any
error, omissions or other discrepancies between the electronic and
printed versions of documents.
The User understands when
subscribing to the service that SEMO cannot guarantee 100 percent
delivery of the message in a timely manner. SEMO utilizes third party
infrastructure to deliver messages such as faxing, Short Message
Service (SMS), and voice calls that may be unavailable due to third
party infrastructure issues. These issues may be due to weather, power,
acts or war, etc. SEMO will make every effort to ensure message
delivery but due to above unforeseen circumstances, cannot guarantee
100 percent delivery in a timely manner.
