NY-Alert Help and Support - Phone
From the My Contacts Information button within the My Alerts - Home you can add and subtract phone numbers from your user profile.
Any phone number added to the system will not be able to receive notifications until it has been verified. Any new phone number entered into your user profile will require a verification call from the NY-Alert
voice verification system. You will have the capability of setting the time you wish the system to call you and verify your number. Upon the verification of the phone number will allow the phone number to receive notifications.
