Q. Where can I set up to receive notifications via Email?
A. From the My Contacts Information button within the My Alerts - Home you can add and subtract email accounts from your user profile. When adding new email accounts you can choose to receive the alert via plain text or HTML.
Plain Text emails will be notifications with no special formatting. (Ex. No special fonts, colors and bold text)
HTML formatted emails will contain special formatted text and images. (Ex. Images, Color text and HTML links)
Any email added to the system will not be able to receive notifications until it has been verified. A verification email will be sent to any new email address that has been entered. Upon receiving the verification email a HTML link will need to be clicked within the email verifying that this email is now allowed to accept notifications.
