OLCOTT NY - On June 5, 2013 at 1903 hours, the Niagara County Sheriff's Office received a 911 call and was dispatched to a boat washing up against a boat dock behind 6151 Lake Road in the Town of Newfane. The caller reported that the boat appeared to have a tarp on it but, upon closer inspection th
